The objective was for 12 teams to create a TV commercial advertising their product
Time: 3 hours + 1 hour Oscar ceremony

Sandcastle Team building
For Riverside Europe we created a beach sandcastle team building for 60 of their employees from world wide locations
The objective was for 12 teams to create a sandcastle on the beach that best managed waterflow around and from the castle symbolizing the future of the company as they saw it.
Time: 2 hours + 15 minutes ceremony
Location: Cascais

Results: 12 impressive castles, 60 bare footed team members, happiness and new convictions

The Wine tasting challenge!
For BOSE we created a wine tasting challenge based on Portuguese wines. The challenge was made up of tasting and recognizing the wines based on taste characteristics.
Objective: wines with hidden labels 5 mid to luxury wines, 1 cheap table wine. All Portuguese. 3 districts. small team taste, discuss, and determine which district? which one is the cheap table wine? which is the Monocast?
Discussion, collaboration, team effort.
Time: 90 minutes
Location: Lisbon, Alcantara, Solar dos Nunes
Results: a fun communicative night with surprising results!

Flyboard Event for Portuguese Television
Objective: Think of an extreme challenge safe and fun for Portuguese celebrities for a Portuguese TV channel TVI
The objective was for 3 celebrities with no prior experience to be filmed doing something extreme unprepared and inexperienced
Time: 3 hours
Location: Marina cascais
Our team: Event manager, the official Zapata Flyboard crew, the marina staf.
Results: An amazing video session.
