1. DMC and travel agents. Advantage: safe, secure and saves a lot of time. Negative: costly both DMC’s and travel agents will raise the actual costs and charge fees for their services
2. Using bookings sites Advantages: saves time, gives an oversight of possibilities with price comparisons, availability etc. Negative: costs are often not actual, not negotiable, most are not suitable for group requests, no direct contact with suppliers.
3. Contacting suppliers directly. Advantages: cheaper, modular, direct information. Negative: time consuming, language barriers, no guarantees

To give an example of how it works. You request a hotel with 20 rooms, meeting space etc. You give us an indication of the type of hotel you are looking for, location, characteristics etc. We send out this request to all hotels we think suitable for your request. The hotels always provide us with the best possible prices and often with discounts.
The proposals we receive from the hotels are send directly to you so you can compare, make a choice and if you so wish, book. The price will always be lower than on booking sites and often lower than the hotels will quote you directly as we are returning customers already known to them.
