Companhia das Culturas restaurant in Castro Marim is run by chef Pedro Beleza who creates delicious creations using only the very best ingredients from the land and the sea. The resulting dishes are inspired by Mediterranean, Atlantic and continental influences that please in taste, combination and aesthetic.
One of the emphasis in the Companhia das Culturas restaurant cuisine are the vegetables produced on the land and in the region starting with the Asparagus in the spring and following the cycle with all the delicious foods produced and harvested the entire year.
Breakfast is served from 9.00am to 12.00 pm. It includes the finest choice of local and in-season products: bread, honey and cold meats from the mountain, jams made from the property’s fruit, seafood (smoked or preserved by one of the many processes the salt from Castro Marim provides), home-made cakes, fresh goat and sheep cheeses, free-range eggs with wild asparagus and herbs or tomato, always according to the season, just like the juices – apricot, orange, watermelon, melon and ginger, grape and fig, fig and lime, pomegranate.
Lunch and snacks can be ordered at any time of day and dinner is served daily between 19.00 to 22.00 pm
