L-and Vineyards resort restaurant was awarded it´s first Michelin star in 2014 for the year 2015!
The L-and Vineyards resort restaurant in Alentejo is run by the creative Michelin starred chef Miquel Laffan and the concept behind his cooking is to reinterpret the identity of the Portuguese cuisine. As the resort L-and Vineyards theme aims to put the emphasis on it´s surrounding nature and integrate it into the buildings and decor of the resort, the chefs mission and goal are to highlight seasonal ingredients of regional origin – which are, in general, the produce of an organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The resulting dishes are a treat to both the eye and the taste buds that fully deserve the Michelin star they were rewarded with and it makes L-and Vineyards resort restaurant one of the 17 restaurants in Portugal to have been awarded for the year 2015.
The wines served come from an extensive wine list and we suggest an appropriate wine or drink so that your experience may be as complete as possible.
Opening times are from Wednesday to Sunday from 1PM to 3PM and from 7h30PM to 10h30PM. Monday and Tuesday open exclusive for hotel guest.
Average price for a three course meal including wine 80 – 90 euro per person.
