This luxurious, spacious and modern villa is located outside the town of Cascais, close to the beaches and a 10 minute drive from Sintra. It fits up to 14 people and each room is decorated with care and comfort.

The house is beautifully decorated. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites. The other two bedrooms are served by a seperate bathroom. It has a large living room that leads directly to an outside area where you can dine outdoors. Dining room and TV saddle. The common areas and four bedrooms enjoy an excellent view of the garden, sea and mountains. The house is surrounded by a large garden where there is a pool fenced by a grid to protect children. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
It also has a Ping Pong Table
The property is near Almoçageme, where there are a great grocery store, butcher, pharmacy and laundry. On weekends and holidays there is a market with fresh produce and fish.
Almocageme is roughly 4km from Colares. There are many nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, beaches are within walking distance.
A car is advisable but there is a good taxi central in the area with a 24 hour service. A Taxi to Colares cost roughly 8 euro.
It is possible to receive prepared meals at the house and airport transfers can be arranged.
In the area you can find wine tasting, water activities, hiking, gastronomy and of course the UNESCO world heritage town of Sintra..
Prices: from 2000 to 4000 euro per week (depending on season). Use the prereserve form to receive actual prices. Minimum stay is 7 days.
An additional 800 euro deposit is requested on arrival in case of breakage or damage.
