Oriente, Lisbon

Oriente train station in Lisbon is one of the main train stations of Lisbon.
It was finished in 1998 world expo exhibition which gave birth to an entire new district of Parque das Nações in which the Oriente station is located.

The station was designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and contains relevance to the Gothic style in a modern setting.
The station encompasses a bus station, metro station, train station and shopping centre.

The Oriente shopping centre is one of the most popular shopping centres in Lisbon containing many international designer shops and popular labels as well as a large range of fast food restaurants on the top floor.

The shopping centre is within walking distance of the Lisbon Oceanarium and the Parque das Nações Tagus boulevard which many restaurants, parks and modern leisure areas.
