The first team building that comes to mind in an area with so many beaches! Beach games can be a great way for teams to compete and de-stress in the sun and sand. Beach games are organized in many areas of the Algarve and can consist of ball games, rope games, sand castle building and others. For the more adventurous SUP, stand up paddle board, surf, kayaking and other forms of boating can be added.
