Oeiras beach is one of the first sea beaches after the mouth of the Tagus river has entered the Atlantic ocean, it is roughly 20 KM from the centre of Lisbon city and a great place to practise beach activities and nautical sports.
From a range of possibilities on the beach, around the beach and in the water, you can choose all the activities or part of the activities for your team building event in Lisbon, activities can be adjusted to have more of an adventure element and less of a team challenge if this is so wished. We create for you a custom proposal that fits your group for a fantastic Lisbon beach day!
Teams will be split into 10 participants for 2 – 3 hours activity. For bigger groups, we can have larger teams.
Activities that can be performed by all teams at the same time.
Sand Castle Build (20’) – a great moment of fun and creativity of the whole team to build the most beautiful sand sculpture from a wild assortment of materials.
Magical beach towel (10’) – cross stretch of sand on a magic towel. If they touch the sand, they have to start afresh. The team to finish the stretch first wins the game.
Beach Ball Relay (10’)- Have one member of each team holds a beach ball between the knees. Once the starting signal sounds, these team members should move to the finish line and back without dropping the beach ball. The players then pass the ball to the next team member. The team to finish the relay first wins the game.
Wring the Towel Relay Race (15’)– Teams face back to back in a straight line. On a signal, the first player of each team dips a towel in a bucket filled with water. The wet towel then passed from person to person and the last person in line that receives the wet towel must wring it out into a bucket. Then that person runs to the front of the line, dips the towel into the bucket of water and passes it on to the team. It continues until the first person in line is in the front again. The team that has the most water in their bucket is the winner. If the towel drops it must go back to the beginning of the line.
