The Roman ruins of Cerro da Vila located in Vilamoura are the remains of a Roman villa in the Algarve. Dating from the 2nd century it is the oldest and most impressive remain of this period in the Algarve.
The ruins are located in a semi rural area about 1 km from Vilamoura and has extended grounds which home the two original villas. The ruins are a great place for cultural and active team buildings.
As of September 2017 the grounds have been opened for team buildings for large groups to conduct an event that goes back to the famous ancient Olympic games. The Olympic games were founded as a celebrations of a sound mind in a sound body and are a perfect way to build teams in a fun and competitive environment.
“Learn the story of how the Olympics brought peace to ancient Greece and gathered athletes as well artists, musicians, actors and great thinkers to prove their talents.
