Orienteering is a family of sports that requires navigational skills using a map and compass to navigate from point to point in diverse and usually unfamiliar terrain, this is a great activity for team building and other other group events and close to Lisbon this can be done in the Arrabida natural park.
During the last years, orientation has been gaining an increasing number of participants in Portugal. This competition is allied with leisure in places that allows the participant to get in contact with nature. Each person chooses his/her own speed according to the challenges that he/she has determined. And, at the same time, having the opportunity to collaborate with other members participation and get to know each other better.
