This is a program for companies that comprises a set of recreational activities that are true analogies of everyday life of organizations. With nature as backdrop, individuals and groups are encouraged to develop leadership skills, teamwork, improve communication, facilitate the process of change, increase motivation, promote integration, creativity, flexibility, persistence and cooperation, enhance decision-making skills and problem solving.
Through a preliminary analysis of the company’s needs (integration, change, challenges, product launch or projects, conflicts, mergers, etc …) we developed the scenario and plan a series of activities such as group dynamics games, rope maneuvers , guidance with letters, compass or GPS, drama games and trekking with the intention of improving the team performance.
This program includes: technical framework, insurance, technical equipment and continuous monitoring of specialized monitors.
These activities can be extended with true sport leisure activities with a medium difficulty level either for the entire team or for a part of the team. Activities can be climbing, canyoning or hidrospeed.
