[tab name=”Info”]Albergaria Josefa D Óbidos is a small family hotel situated at the entrance gate of the medieval town of Óbidos.   Óbidos, situated 85km North west of Lisbon, is one of the prettiest remaining medieval towns of Portugal. The town crowned by a large romantic castle is surrounded by the original city walls and is must visit place for those with a soft spot for history and romance.

Albergaria Josefa D Óbidos is a small , friendly and reasonably priced hotel that was recently completely redecorated and modernized.

The hotel has a pub style bar, a restaurant that has undergone some changes and has been taken over by an ambitious and capable new chef, 30 rooms all with private bathroom of which 2 are suites and one is the honeymoon room. All rooms have central heating, air conditioning, tv , internet, telephone, radio and coffee.

The hotel is a short walk from the historic centre.
