Canyoneering or canyoning is a great outdoor activity for those with an adventurous nature who find excitement in takingon nature using climbing, hiking, cutting through mountainous landscape and overcoming rivers and stream using ropes to climb and descent. This is an activity created from the technicality of  mountaineering.

Central Portugal is ultimately suitable for this sport and together with our partner Naturz it can be practiced safely, with professional equipment and expert guidance.

The team organizes the events in Torres Novas, Constancia and Tomar but many other locations in Central Portugal are possible, depending on group size,experience and demand.
