A Challenge That Travels To You
Our app-based challenges started on Lisbon and Porto’s streets, but the technology behind them isn’t tied to a city. A meeting space between conference sessions. A hotel garden on the afternoon of a retreat. A mountain trail, a lakeside estate, a working farm in the countryside. Anywhere you can gather a group with their phones and a signal, we build a bespoke app around it, in whichever challenge style suits your team, and choose exactly how much of our team is involved in running it.

Porto: Tuk-Tuk & Walking Challenge
A group of 90 medical professionals combined a tuk-tuk-based challenge segment with a walking challenge through the Ribeira district, mixing location-based puzzles, live GPS way-finding and knowledge challenges tied to Porto’s real history, from bridge engineering to Neoclassical architecture.
Lisbon City Challenge
A group of 220 sales executives took on our longest-running app-based format: teams navigating the city solving location-triggered challenges, submitting photo and video proof as they go, with results tracked live on a shared leaderboard. The same structure now adapts to any venue, not only Lisbon’s streets.
