Choose your format
Teams become investigative journalists for the day. They are given a subject, must research and interview real people, locate key facts, and film the results into a compelling documentary. The format rewards curiosity, listening, and editorial judgment — qualities every great team needs.
Teams receive a real product brief and must produce a 30–60 second commercial that genuinely sells it. From concept and pitch to shooting and editing, every stage mirrors a real advertising agency workflow. Highly competitive, endlessly creative, and ideal when you want teams to live a pitch rather than sit through one.
Teams write, cast, and film dramatic scenes from “company life” — exaggerated, affectionate, and very funny. The format lets people poke fun at their own culture in a safe, creative container. Brilliant for post-merger events, annual retreats, or any group that needs to laugh together. The screening is always the highlight.
A full company sports day transformed into a live broadcast production. Teams not competing on the field are behind cameras, presenting, commentating, and editing highlights in real time.
