Olivier has long been one of Lisbon’s most famous chefs. From published books to television shows Olivier has become a household name in Portugal when it comes to food, restaurants and entrepreneurial spirit.
Guilty is one of his brand restaurants and it concentrates on culinary casual food. The menu consists of pastas, hamburgers, pizza and salads all with a culinary twist and Oliviers signature.

O Bairro do Avillez in the heart of the Chiado district is run by chef José Avillez, one of Lisbons famous Michelin starred chefs.
The restaurant is very popular and can fit up to 300 people. Jose Avillez is most famous for his restaurant Belcanto which is ranked number 42 of the worlds best restaurants.
O Bairro do Avillez is a bustling, trendy restaurant where food flavours are challenged and emphasised in a typical Avillez style!
The Zambeze restaurant has a privileged location in the center of Lisbon half way up to the castle and Alfama blessed with one of the best views in Lisbon. Matchamama is a more casual restaurant in the trendy location of the LX Factory. The restaurant is a fusion restaurant which combines Asian food with Peru. The location is very popular as a place for art and design on the grounds of the former textile factory of Lisbon now a hub off activity, restaurants, artist studios and design shops. The industrial buildings combine with quirky terraces, banana and fruit trees and a colourful nightlife.

Eneko Lisboa restaurant is also located in the Alcantara district of Lisbon. This Michelin starred restaurant by the Basque chef Eneko Atxa is a gourmet journey off the Basque in the bustling city of Lisbon.
Eneko Lisboa is a new restaurant by this famous chef who already runs the same concept in various locations around the world. Eneko Atxa combines flavours with cultural roots using locally sourced ingredients in a creative journey of the senses.
