Wine workshops at one of the best wine producers in the Lisbon district are a great way to get together a group from 10 to 400 people, take them to a fully functioning wine farm in the vineyard landscapes of Sintra and combine an exiting workshop with wine tastings, vineyard visits and culinary lunches or dinners.

Organized in a lovely 18th century building, these workshops are a joy for any group and perfectly suitable for team building, weddings, bachelor or hen parties or other group trips or occaissions.

The workshops available are Identifying flavours  a workshop all about wine and recognizing their unique flavours, Bottling, cork, capsule and personalized labeling, and a wine blending workshops.

Vineyard visits and wine stomping are other possibilities, depending on the time of year.

Identifiying tastes

The participants form groups of 5 people to taste 5 Portuguese wines served in specific glasses for the tasting, which is a  “blind tasting” – Red wine, Green Wine, Oporto Wine, Madeira Wine or Moscatel & regional fortified wines.

Upon finishing the tasting, each participant will have to identify what was tasted.

Bottling, Cork, Capsule & Personalized Labeling

Each participant fills the bottle places a cork, a capsule and labels his own bottle with a personalized label.

Wine Blending

Each participant makes his own wine blending from 3 sort of different wines especially used in the wine blending. This means that each and everyone may use the same wine and grape sort and and may differentiate his own wine by using different amounts of the wines used in the blending and make their own unique wine.
