Created at the beginning of the 80s by its current owner, the objective of developing and at the same time promoting the expansion of Windsurfing in Portugal, through individual education to all those who have a great passion for this sport, thus providing a better quality of life.
Later in the late 90s the same school started offering a wide range of water sports such as Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Surfing, SUP ( Stand Up Paddle Surfing), Kayak and Sailing.
With an excellent team that is made up of people with wide experience in the field of sports, with a lot of energy / dynamics and above all the taste and experience for what they do. Located just 20 minutes from the center of Lisbon, the Lagoa de Albufeira is the perfect place to practice any watersport sport activity.
Available are kite surf courses in level 1, 2 and 3. Kayaking, SUP.
Kayak Adventure – Lagoa de Albufeira
Did you know that the Lagoa de Albufeira is composed of Lagoa Grande, Lagoa Pequena and Lagoa da Estacada? So let yourself be guided on a double sit-on-top Kayak tour along this fantastic setting with a must see stop at the various natural sights.
Get to know stories from other times when only the royal family here took advantage of the days for hunting and fishing. For a visit to the interior of Lagoa Pequena and visit to the interpretive space of Lagoa da Estacada, consult us about availability and value per person.
All equipment will be provided by Meira Pro Center including neoprene suit (optional), flotation vest and water and snack.
The duration of the tour is about two hours at a leisurely pace. The tour takes place after confirmation of the good wind conditions and with a minimum of 6 participants. Other locations are Sesimbra, Costa Caparica and the Arrabida

Stand Up Padde (SUP) Lessons Level I
Initiation
The classes take place in a ratio of up to 6 students per teacher, these students being of the same class level. The boards used are suitable for each of the students and the use of a flotation vest is compulsory.
All classes can be held in Private (1: 1), Semi-Private (1: 4) or Group (1: 6). Check out all the options and prices to choose the best option and location for your class.
To whom it is intended: Students from the 7 years of age with mastery of the technique of swimming.
What you will learn:

Know all the equipment to use and its various types (suit, board, ply and leash);

Safety rules in water;
-
Assess the conditions for safe practice in calm waters (no surfing);

Mastery of the basic techniques of entry into the water, positioning in the board and its various types, basic rowing technique and mastery of correct posture during the effort.

Kitesurf Lessons Level I
Initiation (3 hours)
To whom it is intended: Practitioners from 12 years of age with mastery of the technique of swimming.
Includes: All necessary equipment during class. Use of flotation vest and helmet required.

What you will learn:

Introduction to Kitesurfing;

Know how to assemble and disassemble the kite;

Know how to use the safety quick release of the kite and understand the procedures on land and in water;

Have the main notions / safety rules (how wind works, aerodynamics, weather and its characteristics and conditions);

Kitesurf Lessons Level II
Intermediate (3 hours)
To whom it is intended: Practitioners from the 12 years of age with mastery of the technique of swimming.
