This course is the initiation to the tasting of wine and the identification of food and wine links. During the visit to the vineyard and winery, we will explain the characteristics of several varieties, soils, irrigation, harvesting and production processes. In the room will be made practical exercises to prepare for the sight, smell and palate to the test of various wines.
Introduction of the main rules that allow connections to take advantage of food and wine pairing

This course is the initiation in wine tasting and the link between food and wine.
During the visit to the vineyard and winery, we will explain the characteristics of several varieties, soils, irrigation, harvesting and production processes. In the room will be made practical exercises to prepare for the sight, smell and palate to taste various wines (sparkling, white, green, rose, red wine and liqueur). Introduction to the main rules that allow the understanding of connections that advantage food and wine pairing. The Tasting Menu specially prepared by Michelin starred chef Michael Laffan with wine pairing (lasting approximately 2 hours: morning or afternoon with lunch, dinner).

The FLAVOR GAME
It is a workout prior to tasting that helps participants create olfactory landmarks
.
The goal is that after the finish of the training the participant will know what features aromatic main castes.
Throughout the activity you should feel relaxed and well prepared.
Participants at the end of this training should feel relaxed, happy and well disposed getting the notion of fun combined with learning
