Siemens Energy Annual meeting in Lisbon – The company wanted their meeting in a local and traditional surrounding that didn’t feel like their office. We organised a meeting in one of the oldest restaurants in Lisbon where they gathered in the private 17th century space. We needed to update the connections and audio-visual equipment to create a modern meeting in a historical building. The end of the meeting was celebrated with a custom-made murder mystery that involved dance, theater, and role-playing combined with a perfect traditional Portuguese dinner.

Yap Global after the last-minute cancelation by another provider, Yap Global asked us to create a last-minute congress in Lisbon. We put everything on everything and managed an impressive space and a fabulous team to execute a last-minute congress followed by a networking party.
