Station C · Fado Workshop

The soul
of Portugal.

Fado is not a performance you watch from a distance. Our workshop, led by a gifted professional fadista, takes teams from complete strangers to something genuinely moving — in under an hour.

Fado teaches the same things great teams need — listening, vulnerability, timing, and trust.

How the day runs

01
Welcome & immersion

Pastéis de nata, traditional drinks, cultural context. Groups form into “Portuguese Villages” with names and a rotation schedule.

02
The cultural circuit

Sub-teams rotate through 3–4 stations over 2–3 hours, spending 30–60 minutes at each. Every station is expert-led — authentic and hands-on.

03
Full group moments

Fado and storytelling work as whole-group gatherings — the entire team together for the moments most powerful when shared at scale.

04
Close & reflection

Teams share what they made, tasted, and felt. A facilitated close that ties the cultural thread back to your group’s purpose.

03

What this creates

01
A genuine relationship with Portugal

Teams leave with a craftsperson’s, a winemaker’s, a fadista’s perspective — not a tourist’s. It changes how they see the country they worked in.

02
Shared memories, not slides

Every station produces something real — a tile, a tasting note, a feeling. These are the things people talk about six months later.

03
Teams that actually talk

The rotational format mixes sub-teams differently at every station. By the end, people have worked alongside colleagues they had never properly spoken to.
