[tab name=”Info”]O Poizo do Bezouro restaurant, Chamusca is well known restaurant for regional specialities in the centre of the Ribatejan wine district and lovely town of Chamusca, Central Portugal.
The ambiance of the restaurant is very special, decorated with local antiques, paintings, posters and memorabilia that covers it’s long history and celebrates the history of the town in which it is located.
The building was originally a wine Adega and it has many of it’s original features intact. It also has an inside window with a view of the antiques market next door, this feature really adds to it’s historical feel.
The food is of very good quality and mostly based on the regional kitchen and the wine choice is excellent.
The restaurant is well known in the district but seldom discovered by tourists. It’s hidden in small side street close to the centre of Chamusca and one you’ll be very pleased to find!
O Poizo do Bezouro restaurant also has a private room for events that fits 100 people it has the same historical feel as the main dining room and can be reserved for smaller groups.
