Siemens Energy requested a distinctive meeting experience in Lisbon — a venue rich in history yet equipped for modern business.
They wanted a fresh approach: a productive annual meeting paired with a genuinely engaging team-building activity, for 80 executives and team leaders.
A 16th-Century Building, Reimagined for a Day
We secured one of Lisbon’s rare surviving 16th-century pre-earthquake buildings on the downtown waterfront — an iconic historical site rarely used for corporate events. The entire upper floor was cleared and transformed into a contemporary meeting space with full technical equipment tailored to Siemens Energy’s needs.
Following a gourmet lunch served downstairs in the onsite restaurant, the afternoon featured a custom-designed mystery team-building challenge, blending theatrical role play, dance, and interactive storytelling to foster collaboration and creativity.
