It’s the ideal break for any meeting as anyone can learn the steps and movements presented. It’s also a refreshing and fun way to build teams that understand each other better as they learn to support and enhance each other in the universal action of dance.

Our dance workshops are available in many styles from the roaring 20s, Arabic fusion and Bollywood through to modern pop rhythms, the length of the workshops varies from 1-hour of dance practice to 3 hours ending with a performance of the moves learned.
