Paddle surf Guincho, Cascais, Lisbon is provided by experienced SUP instructors operating in Cascais and Guincho
The school is located 8km from Cascais on the lovely and famous beach of Guincho and many of the lessons are given there depending on weather and ocean conditions, however paddle surfing Cascais is very flexible and can give lessons and paddle surfing experiences on many beaches around Lisbon but also in the Algarve and on some of the lakes in Central Portugal.
Paddle surfing is a lovely way to experience balance on the water. It originated in Hawai as a means of travelling from island to island.
It is a wonderful way to take to the water and tour and it gives the possibility of seeing the surroundings in a completely new way. The sport is accesible to all ages and not difficult to learn. Once a paddle surfer, guided tours on the water are an amazing way to view the Portuguese coast!

Our courses are designed in accordance with the rules of instruction and FP IKO Kite. Upon completion of a course, you will have an international certification (IKO card) that can present anywhere in the world for both kitesurfing and renting equipment!
