Executive Chef Giorgio Damasio and resident Chef Ricardo Estevas are responsible of Populi cuisine, which is based on the Portuguese gastronomic tradition and a challenge – to provoke a fusion without confusion, with irreverent dishes of Portuguese inspiration.
