Peak months (May, June, September, October) carry higher venue and accommodation costs than shoulder season.
Group size and scale
Larger groups benefit from economies of scale on facilitation, but often require exclusive venue buy-outs.
Lead time
Booking 3-12 months ahead lets us secure the best-value venues before they reach capacity.
Exclusivity level
There’s a real difference between a semi-private restaurant area and exclusive hire of a historic palace or private estate.
Hotel rates
Hotel prices are the lowest rates available, negotiated directly with the hotel on your behalf, not a marked-up package rate.
