for the summer the outdoor terrace is one of the finest places to relax, both winter and summer the interior room with its glass walls still provides the view but has the shelter to create a modern and comfortable ambiance.
Manuel Bóia and the Bica do Sapato restaurant share beginnings. In the year in which the “Bica” was inaugurated, Bóia would do his training there and he would soon run the kitchen. Eventually he became one of the solidest Portuguese cooks of his generation.
On the first floor, the space reserved for Sushi bar uses the modesty to let their work benches speak. Sushi workbenches speak as witnesses to the rare and stateless experience of the fusion cuisine here.
The food at Bica do Sapato is all about fusion and creativity but mostly about taste.
