We offer you introduction to Scuba diving in the open seas to anybody aged 10 upwards in a safe, professional and monitored surrounding.
The introduction day is given at the Berlengas island which is a protected nature area of the coast of Peniche,
For beginners getting used to breathing underwater can be overwhelming and for this reason various introduction lesson are thought beneficial.
Description
Baptism of diving in the sea in a supervised, relaxed atmosphere for those who want to try scuba diving.
The day consists of a Brief explanation of the basic concepts of diving, diving equipment and techniques.
2 dives one in the morning and one in the afternoon, lunch included.
structure
A theoretical and practical session where some theoretical concepts are introduced followed by two dives in the sea. You also have the option of performing one dive followed by a hike through the famous nature reserve of the Berlengas island. The open Sea diving lessons are made at the Berlengas islands.

All the necessary equipment, boat transportation, a light meal at lunch between dives, all necessary insurances.

At the end of the day you will leave with a Card of participation.
The diving is done either in the Berlengas, Peniche or at Sesimbra both roughly one hour from Lisbon.
