City challenges & treasure hunts – get to know Portugal
City challenges are a fun and active way to let your team unwind, explore Portugal, and connect with each other. The emphasis is on communication, collaboration, and discovery – all wrapped into a competitive format that works in any Portuguese city.
Depending on the location and distances involved, challenges are conducted on foot, by tuk tuk, electric car, or jeep. Every challenge is custom-built around your group’s interests and event context.
Mystery challenges
An immersive theatrical experience that pulls your teams into a live story unfolding around them. Professional actors and dancers are spread across the location or city, and teams must follow video clues, a map, and a series of puzzles to solve the mystery. Under the guidance of a detective, teams collaborate to piece together the story and identify the culprit.
Unlike most existing formats, ours are unboxed experiences written specifically for your group and location. Different themes are available, and for larger groups we develop fully custom narratives. Suitable for all age groups and adjustable in difficulty, length, and walking distance.
Cultural team building – typically Portuguese

Film team building and video commercials
As part of our film and video activities, Teams pitch, create, and produce their own video commercial with professional film crew support. One of our most exciting activities for sales kickoffs, product launches, and creative teams – high energy, surprisingly revealing, and always entertaining.
Dinner and lunch team building
Some of our most popular activities are designed to run alongside a meal – weaving competition, entertainment, and collaboration into dinner, lunch, or cocktails. From murder mystery dinners where the drama unfolds course by course, to wine and tapas challenges, fado evenings, and Oscar gala formats. A natural way to combine programme with social time.
Technology and robotics team building
Technology team building provides a collaborative and challenging activity that excites tech-savvy participants while engaging those less familiar with concepts like robotics and solar energy.
Robot building
Teams build, program, and race simple robots based on Arduino in a beginner-friendly format. The three stages – build, program, compete – create natural moments of collaboration, problem-solving, and healthy competition. Robots can be taken home or donated to children’s charities.
Solar energy workshop
Using simple materials, teams build solar-driven lamps from scratch or from used electrical components. A straightforward, engaging way to explore sustainability and solar energy through hands-on teamwork.
GPS tracking challenge
Teams track objects and people using smartphones and tracking devices in a fun puzzle-solving challenge available at any location in Portugal.

Our indoor team building formats are designed to work in hotel meeting rooms, ballrooms, and event spaces anywhere in Portugal. The most popular are murder mysteries, film and art workshops, dance and music expression sessions, and competitive games.
