Large groups need a different kind of planning. We’ve been doing it for 15 years.

Groups above 100 participants need licensed spaces, parallel activity formats, coordinated logistics and facilitators who can manage scale without losing energy. Most team building providers cap out at 50. We don’t.

We have been running team building events for groups of 100 to 600 participants across Lisbon, Porto, the Algarve, the Alentejo and beyond since 2011. Every format we offer at large group scale has been tested, refined and delivered – not adapted from a small group template.

Planning team building for groups above 100 participants in Portugal requires advance planning, the right supplier network and experience managing scale. Not all activities work for large groups – some formats are designed for 20 to 40 people and simply do not translate to 200.

Walking treasure hunts and scavenger hunts are one of the most scalable team building formats in Portugal. By splitting groups into teams of 5 to 8 running parallel routes, a treasure hunt format accommodates groups of 30 to 250 participants with ease. We run these in Lisbon, Porto, Sintra, Évora, the Algarve and across the country.
