Four dinner formats, or one designed from scratch
Each format pairs a live team challenge with a Portuguese dinner or tapas. Fado, murder mystery and wine run across Portugal; the tapas challenge runs in Lisbon and Porto as standard.
Fado challenge
Teams learn the basics of fado, write their own verses about Portugal and perform them live, guided by a professional fadista and guitarist. Emotional, very funny and completely Portuguese.
Murder mystery dinner
Professional actors play characters in a story written for your group. Guests become investigators, suspects and witnesses, gathering clues and solving the case course by course.
Blind wine tasting
Teams taste blind through Portugal’s 14 wine regions, identify grapes, match wines to regions and compete on knowledge and palate, with a wine reader for every flight. Surprising even for seasoned drinkers.
Tapas challenge
Teams move between some of the city’s best spots, tasting, competing and discovering it through local producers, iconic dishes and Portuguese wine, then come together for a shared dinner.

What is a team building dinner?
It is a corporate dinner with a live team challenge running through the evening. Instead of only eating together, colleagues work in teams on a fado performance, a murder case, a blind wine tasting or a tapas route, and the dinner becomes part of the game.
Which dinner formats do you offer?
Four formats are ready to go: the fado challenge, the murder mystery dinner, blind wine tasting and the tapas challenge. We can also design an evening from scratch around your theme or message.
Where in Portugal can we do this?
The fado challenge, murder mystery and wine tasting run across Portugal, and we adapt them to your location. The tapas challenge runs in Lisbon and Porto as standard, and we can adapt it for the Algarve, the Alentejo or wherever your group is meeting.
Do you arrange the restaurant or venue?
Yes. Your proposal covers the format, the venue, the menu and the entertainment. If you already have a venue or hotel, we bring the format to you.
Can we combine it with a meeting or conference?
Yes. A team building dinner works well as the evening after a meeting day. We plan the timing and transfers around your agenda.
Can we have a dinner without a team building activity?
