What we do

Your city becomes the playing field

Our city challenges turn Portugal’s streets into a game. Teams follow clues, solve puzzles, taste local food and race other teams through the cultural, historic and modern highlights of Lisbon, Porto and beyond. It is the most fun way for a corporate group to connect and discover a city at the same time.

No two challenges are the same. Every route, every puzzle and every tasting stop is built around your group’s size, interests and objectives.

How it works

Four steps, fully customised around your group

01

Brief & route

Tell us your group size, city and goals. We design the route, the puzzles and the stops.

02

Teams split & compete

Teams of 4 to 12 get their briefing and set off, solving clues and racing the other teams.

03

Discover & taste

Along the way they find hidden corners, taste local food and see the city as no guided tour shows it.

04

Awards & drinks

The challenge ends with a short ceremony for the winning team, and drinks for everyone.

Treasure hunt team building, explained

What is a treasure hunt team building?

A treasure hunt team building turns a city into a game. Teams follow clues, solve puzzles and complete photo and tasting challenges at stops along a route, competing against other teams. It combines teamwork, problem-solving and discovering the city in one experience.

How many people can take part?

From 20 to 500+ participants, split into teams of 4 to 12. For tuk-tuk challenges, teams are 4 to 6 people per vehicle. Large groups get staggered starts and more facilitators.

Is it app-based or on paper?

Both. Most of our challenges can run on paper with riddles and map clues, or on our own branded app with an interactive map and real-time scoring. We advise what suits your group best.

How long does a city challenge take?

Typically around two hours, which can be shortened or extended to a half day, including the awards and drinks at the end. Tuk-tuk challenges can combine time in the tuk-tuk with a walking part.

What happens if it rains?

The challenge goes ahead. Thanks to Portugal's mild temperatures, rain rarely stops a city challenge, and showers tend to pass quickly. Tuk-tuks have rain covers, and if you prefer an indoor alternative, we plan one with you on request.

In which languages do you run city challenges?

In English, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch and Italian. Clues, apps and printed materials are prepared in the language of your group.

How much does a treasure hunt team building cost?

City challenges start from €45 per person. Tuk-tuk, tapas and app-based versions cost more, depending on vehicles, tastings and customisation. Every proposal is free. See our pricing and budget guidance.
